Inosine, also known as hypoxanthine, hypoxanthine nucleoside and so on. It is a nucleoside compound formed by the combination of hypoxanthine and ribose. In de Novo synthesis of purines, inosinic acid (IMP) can be used as a precursor for the synthesis of adenosine (AMP) and guanosine (GMP). It is suitable for leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, heart diseases, acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, etc. Besides, it can also treat central retinitis and optic nerve atrophy.

 

Use: used as coenzyme drugs.
